Keith Baldwin - founder

Keith grew up in the South London area of England where he played for youth teams before playing at Brunel University. While doing his degree he took UEFA coaching licenses and achieved the UEFA B at the age of 21 before coming to America to coach in 1998.

He coached with Major League Soccer camps in CA and HI, winning a ‘coach of the year’ award before earning a regional manager position in Memphis TN. There he was responsible for all soccer operations such as camps, trainer programs and equipment sales as well as managing 50 coaches a year in the southern states of TN, NC, SC, GA. AL, MS.

In 2002 Keith struck out on his own and coached club and high school soccer in Birmingham AL before an opportunity arose in 2004 for work outside of soccer to go to San Francisco and then Portland Oregon where he was for 2 years. While there he also coached a travel team in the Portland area.

In 2007 Keith moved his company to metro Detroit and he began to coach soccer with The Michigan Wolves and Hawks. He coached there for 8 seasons, winning a state cup with a boys team and working within the boys US Academy there as the assistant coach for the U14, U16 and U18 teams. He then coached with Liverpool FC Michigan for 18 months before an opportunity arose to work with Nationals soccer club where he now coaches multiple teams

Always looking to grow the game and opportunities for players he is on the board of the Detroit Soccer District, a non profit providing a soccer facility downtown as well as coaching and community outreach in Detroit.

In 2016 Keith achieved his USSF A License.
